Last night, the Ausherman Family Foundation celebrated the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity-Aligned (IDEA) grantees and reflected on the amazing work of the IDEA Committee and these nonprofits. Over two years, Black-led nonprofits have received $142,000 from this grant opportunity and 58 persons attended 4 professional development trainings. We are proud and honored to partner with these organizations doing such impactful work.
Thank you Community Foundation of Frederick County, The Helen J. Serini Foundation, Frederick County, and Frederick City for coming out to honor our grantees.
Thank you LyteBox Photography for capturing this amazing evening!

Made possible by a grant from Ausherman Family Foundation, the Sertoma Basketball League would like to thank the Ausherman Family Foundation for the grant blessing of $5k for the 2024-2025 season.
This contribution will help us to provide the youth with the opportunity to experience basketball in a positive and safe environment. We strive to teach each participant the fundamentals of basketball, as well as sportsmanship, teamwork, self-discipline, physical fitness, friendship, leadership, love of the game, good citizenship, and scholastic achievement.
We are grateful!
The Ausherman Family Foundation empowers the passion for change in Frederick County, Maryland.
