Sertoma Off-Street Basketball League, of Frederick, is a non-profit volunteer-based organization, dedicated to providing the youth of our community with a quality basketball program. Sertoma will keep the welfare of its participants free of any adult ambition or personal glory and will promote the ideals of youth sports regardless of race, religion, gender, or national origin. Our objective as administrators and coaches is to provide our youth with the opportunity to experience basketball in a positive and safe environment. We strive to teach each participant the fundamentals of basketball, as well as sportsmanship, teamwork, self-discipline, physical fitness, friendship, leadership, love of the game, good citizenship, and scholastic achievement.
